- Wash apple and berries well.

- 1 cup strawberries – frozen
- 1 cup raspberries – frozen
- 2 slices pineapple

- Cut the pineapple and apple into small cubes.
- Add pineapple cubes, apple cubes and berries into blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Blend mixture and add in water till you get a smoothie consistency you like.
